You can now have a virtual tour of the International Space Station

Even as we remain indoors, nothing can stop us from having out-of-this-world adventures!

With the power of Google Arts and Culture, you can now have a 360-degree tour of the International Space Station by visiting this link.

The virtual tour uses features found on Google Street View and explores the space station considered a “spacecraft, an observatory, a laboratory and, perhaps most importantly, a home, hosting up to 10 people at any one time” that “floats 240 miles above the Earth’s surface.”

With multiple options to go further, back, left or right, you can “walk” through narrow tunnels and see the numerous equipment found on board, giving you a view that only an astronaut before was fortunate enough to see.

Aside from offering a virtual tour of ISS, Google Arts and Culture also offers online exhibits and articles to give viewers a deeper glance at humankind’s history in space. – Kaela Malig/RC, GMA News
