Google+ for iOS allows instant uploads for pics and vids

Members of Google’s social network Google+ can now instantly upload their photos and videos from their iPhones, iPod Touches and iPads, with an update to the Google+ app for iOS.

The Instant Upload option automatically uploads photos or videos to a private album, according to an article on tech site The Next Web.

Aside from Instant Upload, the iOS app will have the “What’s Hot” stream, which allows users to surface popular posts on the platform.

“In addition to these two new features, you can send your feedback to the Google+ team just by shaking the iOS app,” it said.

The Next Web noted the Instant Upload feature has long been the biggest advantage of Google’s Android OS, so its nice to see the platforms having full parody now. — TJD, GMA News
