Pinoys hooked on Incredibox music game, Google stats show

Several Filipinos appear to be hooked on Incredibox, a game that lets users create their own sounds with effects and melodies, search giant Google said Friday.

 

Google said the Philippines was the top searcher for “Incredibox,” a beatboxing game that lets users create their own sound by using effects, music and voices.

 

"For the last 30 days, the Philippines is the top searcher for this online application. The Insights for Search shows our country is the first in terms of regional interest worldwide, followed by Singapore, Portugal, and Poland," it said.

 

Google's Insights for Search showed interest in "Incredibox" appeared to peak last weekend but is now declining.

 

Topping the list in terms of regional interest was the Philippines, followed by Singapore, Portulga, Poland, Romania, Russia, Malaysia, Greece, Hungary and The Netherlands.

 

Incredibox invites computer users to be conductors of a "human beatbox," allowing them to express their musicality.

 

"Now benefiting from a growing global visibility, Incredibox continues to evolve," it said.
