These color-changing jeans show how hot you really are

Talk about showing your true colors.

Designed by Canadian brand “Naked & Famous,” the denims are thermochromic and change color depending on the wearer’s body temperature, according to an article posted on PSFK.com.

“When you’re cold, the jeans start off as blue, but as you warm up, the color of the jeans fades to white. The color-changing effect works with thermochromic dye that has a molecule inside that augment their hue based on temperature range,” PSFK.com said.

It said the product is part of the brand’s “Weird Guy” collection and is available in New York for $240.

PSFK.com said “Naked & Famous” is known for its “playful and creative” products, and is behind items like scratch-and-sniff and glow-in-the-dark jeans.

The company has also produced jeans “so thick and heavy that it could stand on its own.” — TJD, GMA News
