A smart bracelet for your SMS and emails

Tired of having your phone beep or play a sound when a new text or email arrives? This smart bracelet might be for you.

 

Instead of playing a sound, the bracelet —dubbed Embrace+— glows to indicate an incoming message, according to an article on PSFK.com.

 

Embrace+ is customizable and can signal incoming calls, texts, and alerts from social media apps, PSFK.com said.

 

"Useful if you’re in the middle of a workout or a meeting, the bracelet can be programmed using an app for iPhone and Android. You can choose colors for incoming calls (for specific contacts or groups), texts, emails, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, LinkedIn, Skype, calendar alerts, alarm and timer, low phone battery, and phone out of range," it said.

 

A user can set the "number of flashes, the duration of each flash, the speed interval, the lighting brightness, and a subtle vibration."
