WATCH: 25 years of The Simpsons couch gags in a 1-minute video

 

 

In a stunt that could have earned a respectful "Aye, Carumba!" from Bart Simpson, a fan has managed to cram 25 years' worth of The Simpsons' couch gags into one sweet mess of a video.

 

YouTube user "Omni Verse" posted the video on October 5, describing it as "a quarter century of Simpsons couch gags!"

 

"Since most of the gags are only a few seconds long, this mess of episodes is just too short to really appreciate. But since the work's been done, here it is," the user said.

 

It would be hard for casual viewers to make much sense from the video as the gags - all 554 of them - are packed into the tiny screen.

 

Even trying to listen in on the sound effects could take some effort, though keen listeners could make out The Simpsons' theme.

 

But "Omni Verse" also noted not all the couch gags were unique.
