Google adds Snooze to Inbox app
Finally, pending emails and reminders you can put on snooze.
This feature is now available in Google's upgraded "Inbox for Gmail" app, which now has time- and location-based snooze options, enthusiast site 9to5google.com said.
"Using the new feature, you can opt to push an email out of your inbox until a more opportune time, whether that’s one of the preset times and dates, or a custom point in the future. The messages will then be whisked away from view until you’re ready to see them again," it said.
But the snoozed messages may be accessed from a special section of the app, it said.
On the other hand, location-based snooze options can trigger a message notification or reminder when a user arrives at a given place.
"You can save a list of common locations, like your home or work address, and quickly access them from a list when snoozing a message, or you can search for any custom destination," it said. — Joel Locsin/TJD, GMA News
