Simpsons' Kwik-E-Mart gets LEGO treatment

It appears the LEGO version of The Simpsons' Springfield is growing, with another part of the neighborhood getting bricked.
After the Simpsons' house, Apu Nahasapeemapetilon's Kwik-E Mart is the next to get the LEGO treatment, Geek.com reported.
Coming in May, the playset has more than 2,100 pieces detailing what's in Apu's mart.
"The store’s shelves are fully stocked with overpriced goods, and there’s a fantastically detailed Squishee machine. In the back of the store, you’ll find Jasper trapped inside one of the coolers. A couple of doors to his right, there’s a stash of Buzz Cola — and you build them, they’re not screen printed on the cooler door," Geek.com said.
Players can open the roof of the mart, or open it via the hinges similar to those on the Simpsons' house.
Of course, the playset comes with mini-figures including Apu, Snake, and police chief Wiggum's patrol car - along with Bart, Homer and Marge Simpson and Chief Wiggum.
A separate report on CNET said Snake is exclusive to the playset, even as accessories include Bart's spray can, Marge's shopping basket, Apu's broom and Chief Wiggum's cuffs and truncheon.
The entire playset can be bought for $199. — Joel Locsin/TJD, GMA News
