Next-gen Moto G up for sale, taken down

Even if briefly, netizens got a glimpse of what could be the next iteration of Motorola's budget-friendly Moto G smartphone, a tech site reported.

 

A web page featuring the Moto G's third generation was spotted on Flipkart but had been taken down, GadgetRaid.com said.

 

"Nothing much is known, but we know something for sure, the Moto G 3rd Gen is coming soon, very soon! This error in the Flipkart website suggests that. They might have been started testing the device, fingers crossed," it said.

 

Citing the leaked information, GadgetRaid said the Moto G 3rd generation may have the following specs:

 

 

It also said the device may have an 8 GB model too.

 

A separate report on T3.com said the Moto G is liked for "more-than-capable specs for a bargain price tag."
