Would you like a burrito with your unicorn? New emojis come to iOS 9.1

There are many things to praise about iOS 9.1, not the least of which is a slew of 184 brand new emojis—perfect for when you're hungry, looking for equestrian companionship, or just want to flip the bird.

 

The new emojis are actually based on standards set by the Unicode Consortium, the international non-profit organization that helps standardize text displays on all modern computers.

 

"they're not new, but now iOS 9.1 supports all of them -- and iOS is the first operating system to include every emoji in the Unicode Standard," notes WIRED.

 

The new emojis are also expected to come to OS X El Capitan soon. — GMA News
