Apple‘s latest MacBook Air gets 8GB RAM

Apple‘s 13-inch MacBook Air, the original thin and light laptop, now comes with 8 gigabytes of Random Access Memory (RAM).

The model comes with 128 gigabytes and 256 gigabytes built-in storage that can be configured to 512 gigabytes.

The 13-inch laptop does not have a Skylake update but it has a previous-gen Core i5, which buyers can swap out for a 2.2-gigahertz Core i7 if required.

The MacBook Air has no processor bump and no Retina display. The MacBook Air base 13” model costs $999. In contrast, the 12” MacBook costs a little more with $1,299. — BAP, GMA News
