‘Brave Frontier’ to feature 2nd ‘King of Fighters’ event
Gumi Inc. and SNK Corporation are teaming up for a second time to bring the latter’s “The King of Fighters” into the world of “Brave Frontier.”
Starting this February 24 and ending on March 15, 2017, a special “King of Fighters” event will allow players to recruit the popular series’ deadliest fighters in the free-to-play mobile RPG “Brave Frontier.”
Joining previous fighters is Leona, the Silent Soldier of the Ikari mercenary group.

You can also recruit the renowned warriors Terry Bogard, Iori Yagami, Mai Shiranui, Athena Asamiya, Kula Diamond, and Benimaru Nikaido.

The Omni Evolutions of Mai, Athena, Kula, and Benimaru will be unlocked. Players can recruit all seven characters within the aforementioned time period.
Additionally, a number of features will be available to players during the collaboration period.
“Scarlet Abyss Tournament” rerun
The Challenging Dungeon makes a return, permitting players to confront the toughest opponents in the “Scarlet Abyss Tournament.” If you have Kyo Kusanagi in your team, you can even face off against the villainous arms dealer, Rugal Bernstein.
“Fighter’s Challenge” Dungeon
In this dungeon, players embark on a series of elemental-focused missions that will have them dueling against “King of Fighters” characters. Surviving these battles will allow you to confront Leona, as well as obtain Elemental Essences and Orochi’s Seals – items necessary for crafting Spheres of great power.
Login and Milestone Campaigns
During the event, players who log in every day will reap 15 days of rewards, such as a Summon Ticket and 8 Gems. Additionally, players can provide Milestone Campaign contributions – by teaming up with fellow Summoners and clearing the “Fighter’s Challenge” dungeon as many times as possible – to obtain 6-star Unit Kyo Kusanagi. Other rewards include Legend Stones, Frogs, Imps, and a Summon Ticket.
