Genji and Hanamura battleground coming to Heroes of the Storm
“Overwatch” fans have a lot to look forward to in “Heroes of the Storm,” as the cybernetic ninja Genji is slashing his way to Blizzard’s battle royale.
In “Heroes of the Storm,” Genji is a high-damage Assassin. He retains many of his skills from “Overwatch,” and gains a new one as his second Heroic.
Blizzard has provided a full list of Genji’s skills, which are as follows:
Cyber Agility (Trait):
“Activate to jump to the target area.”

Shuriken (Q):
“Throw 3 Shuriken in a spread pattern, each dealing 65 damage to the first enemy hit. Stores up to 3 charges. Shuriken's cooldown replenishes all charges at the same time.”
Deflect (W):
“Become Protected for 1.25 seconds. Any damage blocked during this period causes Genji to throw a Kunai toward the nearest enemy, prioritizing Heroes and dealing 55 damage. Damage Deflected: 0”
Swift Strike (E):
“Dash forward, dealing 215 damage to all enemies in a line. Enemy Heroes that die within 2 seconds of being hit with Swift Strike cause the cooldown and mana cost to be refunded.”

Dragonblade (R1):
“Unleash the Dragonblade for 8 seconds. While active, Dragonblade can be reactivated to lunge forward and slash in a huge arc, dealing 240 damage. If enemy Heroes are killed within 2 seconds of being hit by Dragonblade, Swift Strike's cooldown is reset.”
X-Strike (R2):
“Perform two slashes dealing 135 damage. The slashes detonate after 1.25 seconds causing an additional 270 damage to enemies in their area.”
Genji is already available for play in the “Heroes of the Storm” 2.0 beta. He will be officially released on April 25 when “Heroes of the Storm” 2.0 launches.
Hanamura battleground
In addition, we’re getting another “Overwatch”-themed battleground called Hanamura, which Blizzard fans would recognize as Genji’s ancestral home.
Hanamura is a large map with two lanes. Similar to Towers of Doom, its core is protected, and cannot be attacked directly by Heroes. Its central objective involves escorting payloads to their destinations, where they will activate and start bombarding the opposing team’s core.
Hanamura also features unique mercenaries, such as turrets that, when defeated, can be attached to the payload or placed anywhere on the map; sentinels that drop healing pulse tokens when killed; and henchmen that drop dragon tokens which, when activated, send out dragon spirits that attack enemies. At the middle of the map waits the powerful enforcer boss, which has the ability to devour Heroes. Once vanquished, the boss releases a missile that shoots towards the enemy core. — TJD, GMA News
