Gmail, GDrive, Google Meet experiencing service disruption

Gmail, Google Drive and other Google services have been experiencing service disruptions around the globe as of Thursday afternoon.

Google noted on its Status Dashboard that Gmail and GDrive, along with Google Docs and Google Meet, are experiencing service disruptions.

Website downtime monitor DownDetector.com shared that it received over 1,928 reports on Gmail as of 1:20 p.m. today.   

Sixty-two percent of the reports they received were problems in attaching documents, while 22% had problems logging in and 15% had problems receiving messages.

Google assured the public that it is investigating the issue and will provide an update by 4 p.m. today. – Kaela Malig/RC, GMA News
