Light rain expected over Aurora, the Cagayan Valley Region – PAGASA

The Cagayan Valley Region and Aurora province could expect cloudy conditions accompanied with light rain due to the northeast monsoon, weather service PAGASA predicted in a Tuesday morning forecast.

The northeast monsoon would also be responsible for the cloudy to cloudy conditions and isolated light rain over the Visayas and the rest of Luzon.

Mindanao, meanwhile, would be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers.

Winds would be moderate to strong from the northeast to east over northern and Central Luzon, where coastal waters would be moderate to rough.

Over the eastern sections of southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao, winds would be moderate to strong from the northeast with moderate to rough surrounding sea conditions.

Finally, winds over the rest of the country would be light to moderate from the northeast with slight to moderate coastal waters. — DVM, GMA News
