Isolated light rain expected over northern, eastern Luzon – PAGASA

The Bicol Region, the Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon would experience partly cloudy to cloudy conditions accompanied with isolated light rain due to the northeast monsoon, weather service PAGASA reported in a Tuesday morning forecast.

The rest of the country could meanwhile expect partly cloudy conditions also due to the northeast monsoon.

Winds would be moderate to strong from the northeast over the northern and eastern sections over the country, where coastal waters would be moderate to rough.

Over the rest of the country, winds would be slight to moderate  from the northeast with slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions. — DVM, GMA News
