Partly cloudy skies for Metro Manila on Thursday


The Tail-End of a Cold front will be affecting northern and central Luzon on Thursday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Aurora will have cloudy skies with light rains.

The rest of central Luzon and Quezon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by localized thunderstorms. The weather bureau advised that flash floods are possible during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies.

The forecast wind speed in northern Luzon and eastern sections of central and southern Luzon is moderate to strong moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

The eastern section of the Visayas will have moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate.

The eastern section of Mindanao will also have moderate wind speed moving northeast to north direction with moderate coastal waters.

The rest of the country will have slight to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
