Cloudy skies, isolated rainshowers for most of PHL

On Wednesday, easterlies will continue to affect southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao PAGASA reported on its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila, the Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, CALABARZON, the Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the easterlies.

The rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods are possible, the weather bureau said, during severe thunderstorms.

Forecast wind speed for the whole country is is light to moderate moving in the east to southeast with slight to moderate coastal water condition. — BAP, GMA News
