Cloudy skies, scattered rains in extreme Northern Luzon — PAGASA

A frontal system is affecting extreme Northern Luzon, according to PAGASA on Thursday.

Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands may expect cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, the state weather bureau said.

Meanwhile, the easterlies or the warm winds from the Pacific Ocean may bring cloudy skies and scattered rains to Caraga, Davao region, and Soccsksargen, it added.

The Bicol Region, the Visayas, and the rest of Mindanao may also have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains.

Localized thunderstorms, on the other hand, are expected to bring isolated rains to Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, according to PAGASA. — Dona Magsino/RSJ, GMA News
