Cloudy skies, rain showers seen in PHL on Monday
It will be cloudy with some rain in most parts of the country on Monday, PAGASA said in its 4 a.m. weather bulletin.
The Ilocos region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and Aurora will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the frontal system.
Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

Coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough in Extreme Northern Luzon.
The waters will be slight to moderate, meanwhile, in the eastern sections of Luzon and Visayas, eastern section of Mindanao, and slight in the rest of the country.
On Sunday, the maximum temperature recorded was 34 degrees Celsius at 12 noon, while the lowest temperature was felt at 6:20 a.m. when the reading reached 25.8 degrees Celsius. —KG, GMA News
