Metro Manila will have cloudy, isolated rains


A frontal system will be affecting southern Luzon and eastern Visayas on Thursday, PAGASA reported in its early morning report.

The Bicol Region and eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the frontal system.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA officials warned that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

The forecast wind speed for extreme northern Luzon is light to moderate moving northeast to east while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

The wind speed forecast for the rest of the country will be light to moderate moving northeast to east with slight to moderate coastal water conditions.
