LPA spotted near Tuguegarao City in Cagayan

The Low Pressure Area (LPA) has been spotted early Tuesday morning at 580 kilometers east of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, PAGASA reported in its early morning weather forecast.

Metro Manila, CALABARZON, central Luzon, MIMAROPA, the Bicol Region and the Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the southwest monsoon.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms.

The weather bureau warned that flooding and landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms.

The forecast wind speed for the country will be light to moderate moving southwest to west direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
