Cloudy, isolated rainshowers expected in most of PHL

PAGASA is not currently monitoring a storm or a Low Pressure Area (LPA) within PAR, DOST-PAGASA Weather Specialist: Gener Quitlong reported early Saturday morning.

In the next two to three days,  the weather bureau is not expecting that a storm will enter the PAR nor will there be a storm that may develop and enter the PAR.

On Saturday, the southwest monsoon or Habagat will continue to affect the western sections of northern and central Luzon.

Extreme northern Luzon or the Batanes and Babuyan Group of islands will have cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the southwest monsoon.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies but localized thunderstorms may form in the afternoon.

Gale warning is raised over Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos sur, Ilocos Norte, Batanes, Babuyan, Calayan, Cagayan, and Isabela and small seacrafts are advised against setting out to sea. — BAP, GMA News
