PAGASA: Expect cloudy skies, isolated rainshowers

Cloudy skies with rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms should be expected in the Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes, Cagayan (including Babuyan group of Islands), and Isabela over the next several hours, PAGASA said Tuesday.

In its 24-hour public weather forecast issued at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, the state weather bureau said that possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms may possibly occur in these areas as well due to northeasterly surface windflow.

For Metro Manila and the rest of the country, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms are to be expected.
