Philippines to have cloudy skies, rains from Amihan –PAGASA
The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan will bring cloudy skies with light rains in northern Luzon, Metro Manila, and the rest of the country on Sunday, state weather bureau PAGASA said Saturday.
In its 4 p.m. weather bulletin, PAGASA said the Luzon regions of Ilocos, CAR, Cagayan Valley, and the Bicol region in the south; as well as the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies and light rains.
The same weather conditions will prevail in the Eastern Visayas (Region 8), Caraga, Davao Oriental regions in Mindanao, and Davao de Oro province (formerly Compostela Valley).
Meanwhile, PAGASA said the weather system have no significant impact in any part of the country.
Prevailing wind velocity is classified moderate to strong, blowing northeast.
Coastal waters will be moderate to rough with wave at 2.1 to 4.5 meters high.
