Cloudy skies, isolated light rains in Metro Manila due to northeast monsoon
The northeast monsoon will be affecting the country on Thursday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Caraga, Davao Region and SOCCSKSARGEN will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains also brought about by the northeast monsoon.
The forecast wind speed for the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao is moderate to strong and moving in the northeast direction while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Northern and Central Luzon wind forecast is light to moderate moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
For the rest of the country, the forecast wind speed is light to moderate moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
