Amihan, localized thunderstorms to bring cloudy skies, rain across country
The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan is forecast to bring cloudy skies and rain over parts of Luzon within the next 24 hours, PAGASA said Monday afternoon.
In its 4 p.m. bulletin, the state weather bureau said Amihan is currently affecting northern and Central Luzon.
Cloudy skies with light rain were forecast for Cagayan Valley and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rain will prevail over the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Central Luzon.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rain will persist over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
PAGASA said no significant impact is expected from the said weather conditions.
Meanwhile, localized thunderstorms were seen to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers over Visayas and Mindanao.
