Tuguegarao, Pasay temperature hits 35.5°C


The cities of Tuguegarao and Pasay recorded temperatures over 35 degrees Celsius on Sunday, state weather bureau PAGASA reported.

According to data from PAGASA, its stations in both Tuguegarao and Pasay registered a temperature of 35.5°C, the hottest recorded on Sunday.

 

 

They were followed by stations in the Science Garden in Quezon City with 35°C; Clark, Pampanga with 34.9°C, and Butuan City with 33.3°C.

GMA resident meteorologist Nathaniel Cruz said last month that warmer days could be expected following the weakening of the northeast monsoon or Amihan. — Jon Viktor Cabuenas/DVM, GMA News
