Davao, South Cotabato, Sarangani to have cloudy skies, isolated rains due to LPA trough
The trough or extension of a low pressure area is affecting Southern Mindanao on Sunday, PAGASA said in its early morning forecast.
Davao Region, South Cotabato and Sarangani will have cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorm, with the possibility of flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Batanes and the Babuyan Group of Islands meanwhile will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeasterly surface windflow.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Coastal waters will be moderate to rough in Northern Luzon with wave height ranging from 2.8 to 4 meters.
In the eastern sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, coastal waters will be moderate.
Coastal waters in the rest of the country meanwhile will be light to moderate.
