Metro Manila will be cloudy with isolated rains due to the easterlies

The easterlies will be affecting the eastern section of the country while the northeasterly surface windflow will affect extreme northern Luzon, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Batanes and the Babuyan Group of Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeasterly surface windflow.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by the easterlies/localized thunderstorms.

The forecast wind speed for the northern section of northern Luzon is moderate to strong moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

The forecast wind speed for the rest of the country is  light to moderate moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters are slight to moderate. -- BAP, GMA News
