Cloudy skies, isolated rains forecast for Metro Manila on Black Saturday
The northeasterly surface windflow will be affecting extreme northern Luzon while the easterlies will be affecting the eastern section of the country, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorms.
The weather bureau add that isolated flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
The forecast wind speed in northern Luzon is moderate moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will be moderate.
The wind speed forecast for the rest of the country is light to moderate moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate. -- BAP, GMA News
