Metro Manila will be cloudy with isolated rains due to the easterlies

The easterlies will be affecting the eastern section of the country on Friday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by the easterlies / localized thunderstorms.

The agency reported that isolated flash floods or landslides may occur in high-risk areas during severe thunderstorms.

The forecast wind speed in northern Luzon is light to moderate and moving  in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

The wind speed forecast for the rest of the country is light to moderate moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters remain slight to moderate. -- BAP, GMA News
