LPA may enter PAR in two days
A low-pressure area (LPA) has formed and may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in two days, GMA's resident meteorologist Nathaniel Cruz said Wednesday.
In a report on 24 Oras, Cruz said that the LPA was last estimated at 1,375 kilometers east of Davao City.
Based on the wind map of the MetraWeather, the LPA may enter PAR on Thursday night or Friday morning. It may also come near eastern Mindanao or Eastern Visayas during the weekend.
Meanwhile, Cruz said that rains may prevail over parts of Cordillera region and the provinces of Nueva Vizcaya and Aurora.
Thunderstorms may also prevail over Eastern and Western Visayas, Caraga, Davao, Northern Mindanao, and SOCCSKSARGEN. — Joahna Lei Casilao/BM, GMA News
