LPA may enter PAR on Saturday morning —PAGASA

The low pressure area (LPA) being monitored by PAGASA may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday morning, the weather agency announced Friday.

In its daily update, weather specialist Ariel Rojas said that the LPA was last estimated at 1,055 kilometers east of Davao City at 3 p.m.

Once inside country, the LPA may move northwest to Eastern Visayas where it may bring rains next week.

Meanwhile, easterlies or localized thunderstorms may bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
