Thunderstorm warning up over Metro Manila, Bataan, Pampanga

Moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Metro Manila, Bataan, and Pampanga within the next two hours, PAGASA warned Thursday.

In an advisory, the weather agency said that the conditions are also being experienced in Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Zambales, Bulacan, Quezon, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, and Rizal as of posting time.

Areas specifically affected are: Mayongotc, San Jose, Camiling, Santa Ignacia, Capas, Pura, Victoria, La Paz, Zaragoza, Guimba, Cuyapo, General Tinio, Botolan, Cabangan, San Felipe, San Marcelino, Dona Remedios Trinidad, General Nakar, Silang, Amadeo, Indang, Maragondon, Naic, Tanauan, Malvar, Lipa, Ibaan, Rosario, Batangas City, Nagcarian, Liliw, Magdalena, Victoria, and Rodriguez.

The weather conditions may persist within two hours and affect nearby areas, according to PAGASA.
