Southwesterly windflow to bring rain, thunderstorms over Batanes, Babuyan

The southwesterly windflow is expected to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Batanes and the Babuyan Islands on Thursday, PAGASA said Wednesday.

In its 24-hour forecast, the weather agency warned affected residents of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country may also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the Easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA said flash floods and landslides are also possible.
