Easterlies, localized thunderstorms to bring isolated rainshowers over the country
Easterlies, warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, and localized thunderstorms may bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers over Metro Manila and the rest of the country, PAGASA said Friday.
In its 24-hour forecast, the weather agency warned affected residents of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
According to PAGASA, the ridge of a high-pressure area is extending over Northern Luzon.
Meanwhile, the PAGASA synoptic station at the Science Garden in Quezon City recorded a minimum temperature of 27°C at 5 a.m. and peaked at 35°C at 2:50 p.m.
