Rains over NCR, parts of Luzon as Butchoy hits land

The yellow rainfall warning remained over Metro Manila, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon, Laguna, Zambales, and Bulacan, according to PAGASA.

In its 8 p.m. advisory, the weather agency warned of possible flooding in low-lying areas and near river channels.
Meanwhile, light to moderate with occasional heavy rains are curently affecting Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, and Pampanga.
