Cloudy skies, isolated rains over Metro Manila, the rest of the country due to easterlies, localized thunderstorms

The easterlies will be affecting the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao on Tuesday, according to PAGASA.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought by the easterlies / localized thunderstorms. There is a possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur during severe thunderstorms.

Luzon wind speed forecast is light to moderate moving in the southeast to southwest direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

In the Visayas and Mindanao, wind speed forecast is light moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will remain slight.
