Fair weather forecast for most of the Philippines
The easterlies affecting the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao on Wednesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers mostly in the afternoon or evening due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
The weather bureau warned, however, that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao is light to moderate moving from the east to a variable direction.
The rest of Luzon will have a light to moderate wind speed forecast moving southeastward to a variable direction. The coastal water in most part of the country will be slight to moderate.
