Partly cloudy skies, isolated rains forecast for most of the Philippines

The easterlies affecting Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao on Thursday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers mostly in the afternoon or evening brought about by the easterlies and/or localized thunderstorms.

The weather bureau warns that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for the entire country is light to moderate moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
