Metro Manila, most of the Philippines will be partly cloudy with isolated rains

An Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Southern Mindanao on Friday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers mostly in the afternoon or evening due to the easterlies/Localized thunderstorms with the possibility that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for the whole country is light to moderate moving in the southeast to south while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
