Cloudy skies, scattered rains forecast for Western Visayas, MIMAROPA, Quezon, Laguna, Batangas, Cavite


The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas on Wednesday, PAGASA reported.

Western Visayas, MIMAROPA, Quezon, Laguna, Batangas, and Cavite Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the ITCZ. There is a possibility that flash floods or landslides may during moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to ITCZ / localized thunderstorms. Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for northern and central Luzon is light to moderate moving  eastward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Wind speed for the rest of the country will be light moving in the southeast to variable direction while coastal waters will remain slight.
