LPA off Pangasinan intensifies into TD Ferdie

A low-pressure area (LPA) west of Pangasinan has intensified into Tropical Depression Ferdie, PAGASA said Sunday night. 

The state weather bureau said the LPA developed into a cyclone at 8 p.m.

The bureau is set to release a severe weather bulletin at 11 p.m.
