It has maximum winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h.

Ferdie is moving northward at 20 km/h and is approaching the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

It is expected to exit PAR on Monday Morning and may make landfall over Fujian Province in China on Tuesday.

The next severe weather bulletin will be issued at 11 a.m.

Sunrise was at 5:41 a.m. while sunset will be at 6:21 p.m.

Flood, thunderstorm

Heavy rains from the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) enhanced by Tropical Storm Enteng (international name: Jangmi) and localized thunderstorms caused flooding and a landslide in some areas on Sunday.

In Barangay Vitali in Zamboanga City, a landslide occurred in a mountainous area, obstructing half the road.

Knee-deep flooding was reported in Apalit, Pampanga.

Enteng exited PAR on Sunday afternoon. —KG, GMA News
