Habagat to bring isolated rainshowers to Metro Manila, rest of the country
The Southwest Monsoon and localized thunderstorms are expected to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers over Metro Manila and the rest of the country, PAGASA said Tuesday.
In its 24-hour forecast, the weather agency warned affected residents of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the PAGASA synoptic station at the Science Garden, Quezon City recorded a minimum temperature of 26.2°C at 6 a.m. and a maximum temperature of 31.6°C at 1:50 p.m.
At 3 p.m. on Tuesday, typhoon Maysak, formerly Julian, was estimated at 915 kilometers north northeast of extreme Northern Luzon with maximum sustained winds of 175 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 215 kph.
