Ulysses makes second landfall in Burdeos, Quezon
Typhoon Ulysses made a second landfall in the vicinity of Burdeos, Quezon at 11:20 p.m. Wednesday, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

Its first landfall was recorded in the vicinity of Patnanungan in the same province at 10: 30 p.m.
Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 3 remained hoisted over 18 areas, including Metro Manila and several provinces in Luzon and the Bicol region, which was earlier battered by super typhoon Rolly.
At 10 p.m. on Wednesday, the center of Ulysses was located at 70 kilometers east of Infanta, Quezon with maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 205 kph.
It is moving west-northwestward at 15 kph.—LDF, GMA News
