Bicol, Eastern Visayas to have scattered rains

The Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday due to the tail end of a frontal system and a low pressure area, PAGASA said.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during moderate to at times heavy rains.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan).

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon meanwhile will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.

The rest of the country on the other hand will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms. Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

The LPA was located at 3 a.m. at 375 km east of Legazpi City, Albay.

Coastal waters will be moderate to rough in Luzon and Visayas, and slight to moderate in Mindanao.

Sunrise was at 6:05 a.m. while sunset will be at 5:25 p.m. —KG, GMA News
