Easterlies to bring scattered rains over Cagayan, Isabela, 4 other areas
The easterlies or winds from the east will cause cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday over Cagayan, Isabela and four other areas, PAGASA said in its early morning forecast.
The other areas affected are Aurora, Quezon, Mindoro Provinces and northern Palawan including Kalayaan islands.
Flash floods or landslides may occur during times of moderate to heavy rains.
The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) affecting extreme Northern Luzon will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the Ilocos Region.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country meanwhile will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Coastal waters will be moderate to rough (up to 4 meters wave height) in Northern and Central Luzon.
The seas will be slight to moderate meanwhile in Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
