Cloudy skies, scattered rains over CAR, part of Cagayan Valley, Aurora due to tail-end of the frontal system
The Tail - End of a Frontal System (Shear Line) will be affecting the eastern section of northern Luzon while the northeast monsoon will be affecting the rest of northern Luzon on Tuesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.
The Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of Cagayan Valley and Aurora will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the Tail-End of a Frontal System (Shear Line) with possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to heavy rains.
The Ilocos Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Wind speed forecast for northern Luzon is moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
